Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Halifax. This role plays a key part in supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns that enhance our brand presence and student engagement. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Coordinate marketing materials, event logistics, and communications with internal teams.





Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for program growth.

Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with vendors, partners, and creative teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with marketing tools or CRMs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
