At Upper Crust, we are looking for an Industrial Belt Repairer to support our bakery production. Your primary duties will revolve around inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing wear on conveyor belts to prevent production delays. Collaborating with our production team will be essential to ensure productive operations and high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect conveyor belts for damage
• Repair and replace sections when needed
• Maintain belts regularly for peak performance
• Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs
• Test repaired belts to ensure proper function

Requirements:
• Secondary school education plus relevant training or 12 months of experience
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with equipment repair
