In this pivotal role, you will report to the Community Impact Centre Supervisor and serve the community by implementing essential programs and services. You’ll utilize your social services experience to help participants access critical resources while ensuring a safe environment for everyone at the centre.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and conduct intake evaluations
• Maintain a clean and respectful environment
• Utilize de-escalation techniques in crisis situations
• Foster relationships with community members and volunteers
• Assist with emergency situations as required

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 1-year experience in community development
• Frontline experience with vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of community development initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
