Electromac Tool, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs, seeks a Simulation Design Engineer in Windsor, Ontario. This role centers on design support and simulation responsibilities to enhance tooling processes.

The successful Simulation Design Engineer will possess at least five years of relevant experience in simulation within a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate closely with project engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure all design specifications and customer requirements are effectively met. Proficiency in Siemens NX and AutoForm Forming Suite is essential for developing and maintaining CAD data and process layouts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain CAD data as specified by the project team
• Interface with engineering to meet design requirements




• Generate and revise process layouts and proposals
• Recommend alternative design scenarios for efficiency
• Maintain 2D and 3D simulation and die processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a Simulation Engineer role
• Strong background in metal stamping and tooling
• Proficient in Siemens NX and MS Office Suite
• Experience with AutoForm Forming Suite
• Previous work experience in an automotive environment
