As a key member of the Retail Sales team at CGIC, you will focus on providing exceptional service in personal lines insurance, primarily auto and home. A minimum of 2 years of insurance experience is preferred, along with strong knowledge of underwriting and property insurance products. You'll be instrumental in achieving individual and team agency growth goals through client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and service growth in personal insurance
• Advise clients on coverage and policy options
• Conduct front-line risk assessments per guidelines




• Resolve client inquiries and service complaints
• Perform comprehensive client reviews on insurance portfolios

Requirements:
• OTL license is an asset for applicants
• 2+ years insurance experience preferred
