Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement inclusive age-appropriate programs
• Lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities
• Guide and mentor staff and volunteers
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Supervise and ensure safety compliance daily

Requirements:
• Minimum 19 years old
• Experience with children ages 5-12 preferred
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills
• High reliability in a fast-paced setting
• CPR and First Aid certification required
