Job Description: Provides assessments, treatments, referrals and case management of individuals, couples, groups and families who experience mental health problems and/or addictions problems. Provides professional consultation and team-oriented support as an interdisciplinary team member. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS membersin accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Knowledge of the Mental Health Services Act

Ability to assess, treat and implement mental health plans for youth & families

Proficient in case management skills and client follow-up
