Your role will involve following care plans, assisting with personal care, and monitoring clients' health. Your responsibilities extend to responding to alarms and helping maintain a clean and protected environment for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing
• Monitor and report clients’ progress and symptoms
• Respond to call bells and alarms promptly
• Utilize mechanical aides for client transportation




• Maintain a hygienic and safe environment for clients

Requirements:
• Successful graduation from a recognized Health Care Assistant Program
• Eligible for BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Physical capability to carry out the role's duties
• Strong organizational skills for daily tasks
