Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Sales Associate , you will be responsible fordelivering an exceptional customer shopping experience and building meaningfulcustomer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program

Meetor exceed daily personal sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Promotethe brand through solid product knowledge and by representing company values.

Buildcustomer loyalty by introducing and encouraging enrollment in our loyaltyprogram.

Performpoint of sale transactions quickly and accurately.





Maintainvisual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, andvisual displays.

Ensurethe store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.

Supportcoworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

Followall company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.

Communicateopenly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.

Contributeto a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.

Performother duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Experience& Qualifications:

Previousretail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Passionfor fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences

Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills

Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strongorganizational and time management skills

Mustbe able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move andhandle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughoutthe store

Flexibleavailability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
