Operating mainly in the evenings, you will ensure clients' immediate needs are met and support their journey toward stability. Key Responsibilities:
• Meet clients' needs with food, shelter, and hygiene supplies
• Assess behavior and overall well-being for safety
• Provide updates and insights to the outreach team




• Conduct assessments and facilitate access to services
• Operate the outreach van and monitor client safety

Requirements:
• Understanding of issues affecting low-income populations
• Satisfaction with Criminal Record and Abuse Registry checks
• Class 5 Driver's License and basic computer skills
• Experience with statistics and reporting is preferred
• Ability to work with diverse communities
