Realstar, a leader in property management with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Cleaner for immediate hire. This full-time role involves cleaning common areas, vacant suites, and handling exterior maintenance tasks. You'll work as part of a dedicated team, ensuring every space is spotless and inviting for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean lobbies, elevators, and stairwells thoroughly
• Maintain vacant suites, including kitchens and washrooms
• Ensure exterior areas like garage and patios are tidy
• Report safety hazards to the Resident Manager
• Adapt to adaptable schedule with weekend shifts

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of cleaning experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Effective communication with team members
• Team oriented and able to follow directions
