With 3-5 years in system operations, including experience with NOC and IT facilities management, you will ensure productive system performance and support testing teams. Your technical skills will embody advanced knowledge in Unix systems, scripting, and CA AutoSys scheduling tools as you contribute to CI’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support production online and batch processes
• Manage system operations alerts and take appropriate actions




• Execute and monitor running of production and test processes
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs
• Communicate status effectively through shift reports

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in system operations and NOC
• Advanced knowledge of Unix and CA AutoSys
• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science
• Strong communication and procedural writing skills
• Must be available for shift work
