Join Predator as a Driller, emphasizing safety and productive operation of drilling equipment. Your leadership will ensure maximum safety standards for all crew members.

In this role, you will serve as a primary lead for the drill crew, driving compliance with safety regulations and Predator’s operational procedures. You will be responsible for training crew members in safe practices, reporting incidents accurately, and ensuring that equipment is optimally operated. Building relationships with the Rig Manager and organizing crew activities will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate drilling and hoisting equipment safely
• Lead and organize the drilling crew effectively
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety policies




• Conduct job training for proper equipment handling
• Complete all paperwork and safety drills timely

Requirements:
• H2S and Common Safety Orientation certifications
• First Aid/CPR qualified
• Experience with Loader Operation and Rig Tech 3
• Knowledge of BOP, Fall Protection, and Rig Rescue
• Must have a Boiler Ticket and a strong safety orientation
