Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts
• Conduct analyses of programs and funding sourcing
• Manage monthly close processes and journal entries
• Create financial models and revenue dashboards
• Lead the annual budgeting process and support cash management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation preferred or in progress
• 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication for non-financial audiences
