Key Responsibilities:
• Respect client independence and privacy in all interactions
• Support daily living activities for clients as assessed
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in care
• Organize work based on client needs and requests
• Report changes in client status to Case Coordinator
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
• Class 5 Driver's License with access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing care techniques
