Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct gap analyses and gather program requirements
• Support enterprise-level OD&P; initiatives
• Lead workshops and stakeholder communication sessions
• Prepare reports and presentations from stakeholder feedback
• Oversee content management in internal channels

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
• Over three years’ experience in HR or Organizational Development
• Familiarity with UKG PRO or employee listening platforms
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Comfortable in a hybrid working environment
