Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging or related field
• Minimum 5 years in packaging engineering with NPD focus
• Relevant certifications: CPP, ISTA, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills in packaging failures
