We're looking for someone with experience in child and family support to engage positively with households. As an In-Home Family Support Worker, you’ll help families thrive by offering protected, developmentally appropriate care while fostering healthy relationships. You will work in diverse home environments, addressing the needs of children and their families in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide developmentally appropriate care to children of all ages
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily household tasks
• Supervise children,



ensuring their safety and comfort
• Engage children in learning and recreational activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in social services
• Post-secondary diploma in relevant field preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license considered an asset
