Support operations at The Fenlands Banff Recreation Centre as a Custodial and Event Support Operator. This role combines clean-up responsibilities with proactive guest interactions to enhance visitor experiences.

As the face of the facility, you’ll maintain immaculate cleanliness while engaging with visitors seven days a week. You'll be responsible for performing minor repairs and handling inquiries, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and supported. Your keen eye and proactive nature will shine during morning and evening shifts, catering to users from early trainers to late-night events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep the facility spotless and welcoming at all times
• Interact positively with visitors and address their needs
• Execute minor repairs to maintain the facility




• Facilitate discussions regarding guest experiences
• Adhere to safety protocols and suggest improvements

Requirements:
• Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence required
• RCMP Criminal Record Check verification needed
• Standard First Aid Certification is a plus
• Arena Operator training or similar experience preferred
• Familiarity with light equipment and power tools
