Key Responsibilities:
• Own CMDB governance and data quality standards
• Conduct regular CMDB health assessments and audits
• Manage CI lifecycle events and data quality exceptions
• Administer discovery tooling and integration feeds
• Collaborate with ITSM Administrators to model current environments
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of CMDB administration experience
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification a must
• Proficient with ServiceNow CMDB
• Experience in data analysis and CI relationship mapping
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
