Join Ontario Shores as a Mental Health Nurse, specializing in evidence-based therapies for individuals with Anxiety and Mood Disorders. Provide clinical assessments, consultations, and educational services to enhance mental health support.

This critical position in Outpatient Services requires a registered nurse with experience in CBT and preferably IPT. You will work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to deliver both individual and group therapies, case management, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will possess robust initiative and a creative approach to complex mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver individual and group evidence-based therapies




• Conduct community outreach and consultation services
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups for clients
• Support discharge planning and client follow-up

Requirements:
• Current College of Nurses registration
• 3-5 years experience in psychiatric or community-based mental health
• Knowledge of Mental Health Act and PHIPA
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
