Role :
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be on the ground, ensuring that renovation projects are executed seamlessly, meeting high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on-site and ensure work is done as per the blueprint.
Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure the supply of materials.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly adhered to on the site.
Liaise with the Project Manager for daily updates and potential challenges.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related fields.
3+ years of on-site supervisory experience,



preferably in commercial renovations.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety guidelines.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
