Become a vital part of The Salvation Army as a Supportive Housing Front Desk Worker. In this role, you’ll ensure a safe environment, respond to tenant needs, and provide essential support.

This position requires you to act as the main contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and complaints while maintaining a secure environment. You will perform wellness checks, answer department phone calls, and liaise with external agencies. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are paramount as you support tenants in this 24/7 facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main point of contact for all tenants
• Address tenant inquiries and complaints effectively
• Conduct wellness checks where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of daily occurrences
• Liaise with external agencies for tenant referrals

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent required
• Up to one year of frontline experience in social services
• Completion of a 2-year Community College program is an asset
• Criminal Record Check and First Aid training needed
• Solid service ethic and adaptability required
