Weldco Heavy Industries is seeking a Labourer I (Sandblaster/Painter) for a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off shift rotation. You will be responsible for sandblasting to remove coatings, managing inventory for consumables, and ensuring all work is executed safely. This role is key in supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Remove paint and tar sands through sandblasting
• Estimate project timelines accurately
• Maintain inventory of consumables on-site




• Execute all tasks safely and independently
• Paint as needed and perform additional duties

Requirements:
• Valid fall protection and forklift operator certifications
• Advanced knowledge of safety practices
• Ability to work from heights and in extreme weather
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Physically fit to handle manual labor and lifting tasks
