Horlings Garden Centre seeks an experienced Landscape Foreman to take charge of cutting-edge projects across the Kawartha’s. We require a self-starter with robust leadership and onsite project management skills.

As the Landscape Foreman, you will lead a crew in transforming landscapes while maintaining a commitment to environmental sustainability. Your role will include ensuring the timely delivery of projects, supervising equipment upkeep, and communicating effectively with the Landscape Manager about progress and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise projects ensuring schedule adherence
• Direct and inspire crew members during tasks
• Collaborate with the Landscape Manager for seamless project execution




• Maintain and repair equipment as needed
• Keep projects on budget and monitor progress

Requirements:
• Solid understanding of planting, concrete, and carpentry
• Background in customer service is important
• High expectations for team operation and performance
• Ensure all equipment is maintained efficiently
• Work commitment from Monday through Friday
