Job Description
Looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Companion Animals and Farm Animals for the Ontario region. The Regional Sales Manager maintains and increases sales and profitability for the Companion and Farm Animal segment, in line with corporate policies and objectives. This role includes managing regional sales team, key accounts and distributors while providing mobilizing leadership based on coaching and team development.

Knowledge & Skills

5 to 10 years experience in territory management

Experience in the animal health sector (companion animals or farm animals)

Experience in team management with coaching approach

Experience in key account management

Knowledge of Windows setting (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other specific systems such as CRM
