As a Compensation Analyst, you will partner with various teams including HR and Finance to oversee Nutrien's Long-Term Incentive programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR and finance teams for LTIP administration
• Validate and submit monthly LTIP administrative files
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and proxy disclosures
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends
• Enhance reporting tools using Excel and Power BI
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in compensation or analytics
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Skilled handling of confidential information
