Responsibilities

Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.

Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

Sell parts to customers and build customer relationships by correctly identifying parts needed.

Ability to source and price parts requests for customers whether OEM or finding alternate vendors.

On call after hours on a rotation basis.

Ideal Qualifications

Upbeat attitude.

Organized, meets deadlines, sets priorities.

Able to upsell products to customers.

Computer skills, Microsoft programs and applications.

Excellent written skills.

2 Plus years parts experience or Service Technician experience for individuals looking to make a career change.

Able to work independently and as a team member.

Experience with Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer or Diesel Engine parts look up experience a definite benefit.
