Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct appropriately
• Provide overhead paging services as needed
• Monitor and respond to alarms in real-time




• Assist visitors with information and parking arrangements
• Perform clerical tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
• High School Diploma and relevant office experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work versatile shifts, including nights and weekends
• Prior switchboard experience is an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; typing speed of 30 wpm
