Okanagan Staffing are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive HR & Administrative Coordinator for a 3–4-month assignment. The successful candidate will provide HR and administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment and work closely with the HR team. This position also has a possibility for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate communication
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain confidential employee files and HR records
Provide general HR and administrative support
Assist with HRIS data entry and employee records
Support HR projects and manage competing priorities
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of HR experience, or a combination of HR education and relevant experience
2–3 years of administrative experience,



preferably in a professional environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling confidential information
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
HRIS experience; UKG is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, adaptable, and able to take initiative with minimal direction
