We are looking for dedicated individuals in Coquitlam to help support our mission. You will be responsible for assisting those with developmental disabilities, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them engage with the community. Your experience with Positive Behaviour Support is essential for success in this role, alongside strong communication skills and a passion for inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate independence in individualized home settings
• Encourage self-expression and community participation
• Provide emotional and personal care support as necessary




• Design supportive routines based on care plans
• Advocate for inclusion and rights within the community

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or similar field
• Minimum one year working with developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support
• Class 5 Driver’s License; personal vehicle needed
• Valid First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and Food Secure certifications
