As a key member of our team, you will provide support to individuals with diverse care needs across New Westminster and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote independence in various home settings
• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Advocate for individual rights and choices
• Develop and follow personalized care routines
• Engage clients in community activities for growth
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or related field
• Minimum one year’s experience in care for disabilities
• Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Class 5 Driver’s License required; Class 4 preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR and other relevant certifications
