As a key member of our team, you will provide support to individuals with diverse care needs across New Westminster and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes independence, advocating for clients' rights, and creating connection opportunities. Your contributions will enrich the lives of children, youth, and adults facing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote independence in various home settings
• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Advocate for individual rights and choices
• Develop and follow personalized care routines
• Engage clients in community activities for growth

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or related field
• Minimum one year’s experience in care for disabilities
• Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Class 5 Driver’s License required; Class 4 preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR and other relevant certifications
