Northside Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Order Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between our customers and our operations team, ensuring customer orders, schedules, and transactions are accurately processed and available to support production planning and on-time delivery.

Manage Customer Orders with Precision Enter, maintain, and update customer orders, forecasts, releases, and schedule changes within our ERP system.
Ensure customer demand information is accurate, complete, and available to support production planning.
Maintain organized records and documentation to support operational excellence.
Keep Information Flowing Monitor and process customer transactions through EDI systems and customer portals.
Verify that customer demand and transaction data are accurately reflected within our ERP system.
Support production scheduling by ensuring teams have current and reliable demand information.
Solve Problems and Drive Resolution Investigate and resolve customer order discrepancies, EDI issues, rejected ASNs, and transactional errors.
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Collaborate with Operations, Production Scheduling, Accounting, and customers to ensure timely resolution.
Support Operational Success Communicate order changes, lead-time concerns, and demand fluctuations to key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, corrections, and resolutions.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.




What You'll Bring 1+ years of experience in order administration, customer service, operations support, or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Experience working with ERP systems and customer portals.
The ability to investigate issues, think critically, and solve problems independently.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and processes.
Experience supporting production planning or supply chain operations.

Working Conditions: Full-time, in-office position.
