As an integral part of OpenRoad’s Information Technology department, you will engage with various OEM brands. With your strong background in IT helpdesk support, you will troubleshoot technical issues, install systems, and ensure smooth operations of our hardware and software. Adaptability and keen communication skills are crucial, as you will work collaboratively with a dedicated IT team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance for incoming computer queries
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues timely




• Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and system updates
• Document technical issues and resolutions with the ticketing system

Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology
• Two years of experience in IT support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, networking, and backup solutions
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License (G)
