Join the BTN Schomberg Grow Team as a Section Grower, overseeing crop production and ensuring plant health. This full time role requires dedication and flexibility during peak production seasons.

In this key position, you will apply your horticultural knowledge and hands-on leadership to maintain high standards across your crop sections. Monitoring and caring for crops will be critical, as will supervising labor crews to ensure safety and productivity. You'll also engage in important seasonal programs like the Braided Willow and Christmas Programs, which require additional effort during specific months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and prepare incoming plant materials
• Execute daily crop care activities and evaluate plant health




• Monitor inventory and maintain crop status reports
• Provide training and supervision to labor crews
• Ensure safe and organized production areas

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in horticulture or nursery experience
• Proven supervisory and communication abilities
• Competence with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Commitment to accountability and ownership
• Spanish language skills are a plus
