This role is ideal for an accounting skilled with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach to managing month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Oversee general accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules Supervise daily activities of accounting staff and provide coaching and development Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures Manage account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements Partner with leadership on financial analysis and operational improvements Assist with system enhancements and process optimization initiatives
