Job Title: Functional / Enterprise Architect Location: Toronto, Ontario (ON) Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 Days Job Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Functional / Enterprise Architect to provide end-to-end architecture leadership for legal entity onboarding and restructuring initiatives across Finance and Risk technology landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise architecture, cross-functional leadership, impact assessment, integration architecture, dependency management, and architecture governance.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture for new legal entity onboarding and restructuring initiatives across Finance and Risk Assess impacts across Finance and Risk applications, data flows, integrations, reporting, and control frameworks Identify all impacted applications and technology capabilities required to support recent legal entities Define current-state, transition-state, and target-state architecture for legal entity changes Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Lines of Business, and enterprise technology teams Identify cross-application dependencies, architecture gaps,



and implementation risks early in the onboarding lifecycle Ensure appropriate representation of legal entities across financial and regulatory reporting processes and supporting technology Define integration and data flow requirements across impacted applications Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, security, and production readiness standards Provide architecture guidance across complex cross-domain initiatives Lead dependency management and facilitate resolution of architecture issues Support architecture governance and drive cross-domain architecture decisions Ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory reporting and enterprise technology requirements Required Qualifications Strong experience in Functional, Solution, or Enterprise Architecture Experience with Finance and Risk technology landscapes Strong understanding of legal entity structures and onboarding processes Experience with application impact assessments, integrations, and data flows Proven experience defining current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience managing technology dependencies and architecture risks Strong understanding of architecture governance, security, data, and production readiness Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills Key Skills Enterprise Architecture, Functional Architecture, Finance, Risk, Legal Entity Onboarding, Impact Assessment, Integration Architecture, Data Flows, Architecture Governance, Regulatory Reporting, Dependency Management, Target-State Architecture, Technology Strategy Job Type: Full Time
