Empower adults with developmental disabilities as a Community Support Worker. Provide personalized support that fosters inclusion in both community and home environments.

Under a Program Supervisor's guidance, you will implement individualized support plans that enhance health, safety, and community access. This role demands responsiveness to challenging situations with professionalism, while using positive behavior strategies to achieve beneficial outcomes. The ideal candidate will work well in both independent and team environments, exhibiting a calm demeanor in stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver community and home-based support services
• Foster involvement in community-based activities




• Utilize behavior management strategies effectively
• Address challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Maintain accurate service documentation

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Services or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in direct support
• Familiarity with community inclusion practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License necessary
