What does a Painter with Paul Davis do?
Serve your community when it needs it the most
Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs
Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities

Team Qualifications (Requirements)
Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
Proficient with a variety of current technology
Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
Clean criminal record
Relevant experience
Role on the Team (Job Functions)
Moving ladders, paint cans, and other painting/ mudding equipment
Joining drywall panels using tape and plaster
Repairing cracks and other damage to the drywall panels
Keeping supervisor informed of progress
Ensuring that all equipment and materials are used safely and effectively
Keeping trucks, storage areas neat and clean
Checking inventory and ordering paint and other supplies when needed
Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
Volunteer non-operational time for related community events
Achieve and remain current in required certifications
Support franchisee and franchisor organizational mission, vision, and value statement

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The physical environment requires the employee to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, frequently using personal protective equipment, with the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
