In this position, you will prepare delicious meals that meet nutritional guidelines and engage with residents to ensure exceptional dining experiences. Additionally, you will support team members, uphold a resident-centered culture, and adhere to meal plans led by physicians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create exceptional mealtime experiences for residents
• Lift up to 35lbs as necessary during food preparation




• Follow meal plans in line with nutritional guidelines
• Lead team members in fostering resident-centered dining
• Deliver high-quality service to all residents and staff

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets preferred
• Experience in large quantity food production
• Proven leadership abilities in a kitchen setting
