We are looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators to lead programs designed for children aged 0-12. In this role, you will implement YMCA's educational practices and ensure that all activities comply with established guidelines. Relationship building with families and effective communication will be key to success, while you document children’s growth and manage daily tasks. A adaptable schedule is required to accommodate community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and organize engaging activities for children
• Ensure adherence to child care regulations




• Oversee health and safety protocols in the classroom
• Complete developmental documentation and assessments
• Collaborate with families and local partners

Requirements:
• Completed Early Childhood Education degree or diploma
• Six months of relevant work experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Satisfactory Police Records Check
