Reporting to the General Manager of Community Programs and Innovation, the Senior Manager drives growth within the Community Services division. Candidates should have experience with government-funded services and be passionate about creating educational, recreational, and employment opportunities. You will lead a dedicated team while ensuring programs align with YMCA values, funding agreements, and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategies for community services and programs
• Lead, train, and support two managers and 25 staff
• Ensure all programs meet legal and quality standards




• Build strong partnerships with community organizations and funders
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in senior leadership within community services
• Strong knowledge of government contracts and funding
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and programs
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
