Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and work alongside the seasonal production crew
• Execute and manage watering, fertilizing schedules
• Continuously monitor and address plant health issues
• Ensure a well-stocked and organized retail environment
• Assist with facility transitions and cleaning tasks

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of greenhouse or landscaping experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
