You'll work directly with our chef, assisting with cooking operations, managing food inventory, and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist chef with cooking and plating during service
• Help organize and maintain kitchen inventory
• Keep work station clean and orderly




• Prepare necessary ingredients for daily menus
• Support kitchen team with additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in line cooking
• Extensive knowledge of Italian culinary practices
• Proficiency in English communication
• Required fluency in Italian, both oral and written
• Food-handler certification or intent to acquire within six months
