With a focus on human connection, you will deliver patient-oriented nursing care that aligns with provincial standards. Your role will also involve collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, teaching and mentoring unregulated care providers while building relationships with residents and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers




• Maintain accurate resident clinical care assessments
• Implement and evaluate resident care plans

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse certification in the province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check
