This permanent position focuses on building client relationships, maximizing client satisfaction, and delivering advice on insurance products. Key responsibilities include managing quotes, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent client service with skilled insurance advice
• Manage renewals, policy adjustments, and client queries promptly
• Conduct regular insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps




• Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and client relationship building

• Charter Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance preferred
