You will work closely with non-portfolioed members, ensuring their financial needs are met through effective referrals and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to credit union members
• Promote and sell deposit and lending products
• Conduct loan interviews for various loan types




• Process loan applications and maintain accurate records
• Assist in executing product and service campaigns

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma and four years of related experience
• Knowledge of retail lending practices and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and email programs
• Capacity to travel between Castlegar and Slocan Park branches
