Operator
What Is an Operator?
An Operator is responsible for running the day-to-day field operations of the business. This includes:
Overseeing multiple trucks and routes
Coaching and developing sales and service team members




Managing daily performance, revenue, and customer experience metrics
Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards
Acting as a leader on the floor and supporting the growth of the business
Learn how to confidently present pricing and build value on-site
Develop objection-handling and closing skills
Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance
Gain transferable sales, leadership, and business skills
No junk removal experience required. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Start each day at our Burnaby location and complete assigned routes
Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
Assess jobs and provide clear, on-the-spot price estimates
Lead pricing conversations and close sales
Safely remove and transport items from homes and businesses
Load trucks efficiently and responsibly
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
19 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Robust communication and customer service skills
Sales experience is an asset but not required
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay
