Empower children and youth as a Full-Time Worker with Hollyburn Family Services in Surrey. Help create a supportive, healing environment through dedicated care and professional collaboration.

In this vital role, you will focus on the health and well-being of residents in a therapeutic home setting. Assess needs, create tailored support plans, and engage with families for effective communication and progress tracking. You will play an essential part in fostering a positive atmosphere and actively participate in multi-disciplinary team efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and track progress for each resident
• Collaborate on behavior support plans and safety measures
• Maintain health and safety in the home setting




• Provide life skills coaching and meal preparation
• Facilitate community engagement and recreational activities

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or equivalent in relevant fields
• Proven experience with support needs and attachment issues
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Mandt (training provided)
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License required
• Must be 19 years of age or older
