Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Lead Teacher with daily classroom operations
• Use electronic tools to track and document children's progress
• Implement safety protocols for a secure classroom
• Collaborate with families in nurturing their children




• Facilitate developmentally appropriate activities for kids

Requirements:
• At least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Experience in child care or related fields preferred
• CDA or early childhood coursework is a plus
• Must lift 30 pounds and supervise children visually
• Capable of standing or engaging physically for extended periods
